1. Who we are

drdavidluu.com (the "Site") is operated by Absolutys LLC ("we", "us"), the company through which Dr. David Luu conducts his advisory, speaking, and venture work. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is for

The Site presents Dr. Luu's work, advisory services, writing, talks, research, and humanitarian projects. It is an information and business development site. It is not a clinic, a telehealth service, or a patient portal.

3. No medical advice

Nothing on the Site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content is for general information and professional education only. Using the Site, submitting a form, or using the Ask feature does not create a physician-patient relationship with Dr. Luu or anyone else. Do not use the Site for emergencies. For any personal health question, talk to your own physician.

4. No professional engagement without a signed agreement

Descriptions of speaking, workshops, advisory, and board work are informational. They are not offers. An engagement exists only when both parties sign a written agreement, and that agreement governs the engagement.

5. The Ask feature

The Site may include an AI-powered feature that answers questions about Dr. Luu's published work. Responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They do not represent Dr. Luu's personal opinion, clinical judgment, or professional advice. Do not enter personal health information, confidential business information, or anything you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, frameworks, canvases, images, video, and design, is owned by Absolutys LLC, Dr. David Luu, or their licensors. Names and marks such as Dr. David Luu, The Longevity Architect, The Longevity Architect Canvas, LongevityDocs, and The Heart Fund belong to their respective owners.

You may view, share links to, and quote short excerpts from the Site with attribution. You may not, without written permission:

• Reproduce, republish, or sell Site content
• Use Dr. Luu's name, image, or titles to imply endorsement
• Scrape the Site or use its content to train machine learning models, except where we publish content expressly for that purpose
• Use the frameworks or canvases commercially

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break any law while using the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Site
• Submit false information, spam, or malicious code
• Use the Ask feature to extract harmful, defamatory, or misleading output, or to overload the service

8. What you send us

If you send a message, idea, or proposal through the Site, you confirm you have the right to share it. We may use it to reply and to evaluate working together. Unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement, submissions are not treated as confidential. Please do not send patient information.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third parties, including LongevityDocs, Substack, social platforms, press outlets, and partner companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. A mention of a company, partner, or product is not a medical endorsement.

10. Disclosures

Dr. Luu holds advisory, board, founder, and investor roles with companies and organizations named on the Site. These relationships may be compensated. Read Site content with that in mind.

11. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. Science moves. Content may be out of date.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Absolutys LLC, Dr. David Luu, and their team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Absolutys LLC and Dr. David Luu from claims and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep any mandatory protections of your home country's law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
